QUESTIONS ABOUT PRINTING

The best way is to click on the Place an Order/Send a File button, which if your first-time to order you will be directed to set up your account so we know who you are!  Once logged into the system you can choose the Order Form/Attach a File.  Answer the questions to the best of your ability and rest assured we’ll be in touch with any questions we have.  Placing an order through the online system is the best way to assure your order moves right into production.

Click on the Place an Order/Send a File button, which if your first time to place an order you will be directed to set up your account so we know who you are!  Once logged into the system you can choose Send a File, where you will be directed to attach your file with upload and have the opportunity to communication any necessary information.

Yes, your first time you will need to create an account so we know who you are!  When doing so be sure to check the “Remember Me” box when you log in so the next time you visit our site you will already be logged into the system.

Ask us!  We’re a full service commercial printer, producing product in house as well as accessing our network of printing wholesalers.

Absolutely!  Use our Request a Quote form to receive a price prior to production.

We take cash, check, EFT, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.  Our terms are net 30 for approved accounts.  In many cases we require a 50% deposit, the balance to be paid when the order is complete.

If you are a business account and your order is delivered, your invoice will be e-mailed within 1-2 days following delivery.

If you are a business account and would like to pay monthly with a credit card or by check, we will send you a statement at the first of the month listing all outstanding invoices at that time.  You can reply to that e-mail or give us a call notifying us to charge your card (securely stored), or send us a check.

We’re open 8am – 5pm Mon – Fri for pick up. We offer UPS shipping as well as free local delivery to the Waco area.

We prefer a single PDF at the finish size.  Depending on the complexity of the order we may need an EPS file.  Send us what you have and our team will be in touch if we need something different.

When the color/ink runs to the edge of the paper that is called “bleed”.  To achieve this the background needs to be extended 1/8″ on all four sides.  We trim that excess off such that the piece ends up the correct finished size and the color/ink goes completely to the edge of the page.

Sometimes we can manipulate your file to make it work, or we can often print it with a small white border.  Remember it’s not the overall image that needs to extend 1/8″ past the trim line, but only the background.

QUESTIONS ABOUT SUPPLIES

Orders placed by 5pm are delivered by 5pm the following business day. However, we kindly ask that should you place an online order after 4pm that you definitely need the following day kindly give us a courtesy call so we can be sure to deliver them as needed.

Just say so! Deliveries are made by our own driver on our company vehicle. We are glad to accommodate any request. Our driver will put your supplies wherever you need them to be in your building.

If an item you order is not available for delivery the following day you will find a message telling you when to expect it on your packing slip received by e-mail once the order is processed.

We offer 30 day terms to approved customers. Payment can be made by check, cash, credit card, or electronic funds transfer. Credit cards, securely stored, can be used to pay per transaction or monthly.
